Great to meet you!

On the outside, you may seem calm, capable, and in control—but inside, you’re carrying anxiety, pressure, and exhaustion. I work with women like you who are used to being “the strong one,” using a trauma-informed approach to uncover the roots of burnout, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm while building practical tools for healing. I offer both solution-focused traditional therapy and 1–3 day intensives for accelerated support for immediately relief, so you can choose the level of care that best fits your needs and begin feeling more grounded, supported, and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping you understand how past experiences shape present patterns like anxiety, burnout, and over-functioning. I integrate modalities such as CBT, parts work, EFT tapping and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, insight, and lasting change. My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental—creating a space where you can feel deeply understood while also being gently guided toward growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we begin to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’ve been carrying on your own. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a sense of your history, current challenges, and goals, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. Together, we’ll start identifying and clarifying your goals, so you leave with a sense of direction and the beginning of a plan tailored to your needs.
