Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who blends the wisdom of Eastern and Tantric philosophy with contemporary psychology. My work is rooted in the belief that healing unfolds through both the mind and the body. I hold space for transformation that honors emotion, energy, and embodiment as equally valid forms of knowing.

I see therapy as sacred work, a collaborative process of remembering what has been forgotten, softening what has been hardened, and reclaiming the parts of self that have learned to survive by disconnecting. My background in depth psychology and attachment theory allows me to explore your story with nuance and care, while my training in somatic-cognitive approaches supports you in translating what your body feels into language the mind can understand.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, relational, and experiential. I draw from somatic-cognitive therapy, depth psychology, attachment repair, and mindfulness-based practices. I also weave in principles from Tantric and Eastern philosophy that view the body as sacred and consciousness as a living process of expansion.

Our work together involves learning how to listen deeply to the body’s signals, bringing awareness to the nervous system, and cultivating a compassionate dialogue between your emotional experience and your thinking mind. Through this process, you begin to access a greater sense of presence, clarity, and self-trust.

Healing, to me, is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning home to who you already are beneath the layers of adaptation and protection.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about slowing down and beginning to map the landscape of your experience. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to explore or shift, and how your story has shaped the way you move through the world. Together we will begin to notice how your body responds as you speak, what sensations arise, where energy feels stuck or fluid, and what the nervous system is communicating.

You can expect a space that feels grounding, attuned, and nonjudgmental. My role is to help you connect the threads between your emotional, physical, and cognitive experience while offering practical tools for regulation and self-awareness. By the end of our first session, you will have a sense of the rhythm and safety of our work together, and a clearer understanding of what healing might look like for you.
