Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 12 years of experience supporting individuals in community, residential, and inpatient settings. I work with clients starting at age 8, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on empowering lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a humanistic, person-centered approach to addressing your specific goals and career development. My goal is to work alongside you as you take steps towards obtaining success in improving your mental wellness.

"Nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks. Fall forward. Every failed experiment is one step closer to success."- Denzel Washington

What you can expect from me

Our first appointment will be an introduction to identify the concerns that prompted the appointment, while also highlighting the strengths you have been using along the way. We will identify a goal or two that would improve your quality of life. My goal for the first session is to provide a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts without judgment.
