Great to meet you!

As a mother and a first-generation college graduate raised in California’s Central Valley, my humble beginnings have deeply shaped my perspective. I draw constant inspiration from my personal journey, using the experiences of my upbringing to fuel my commitment to empowering others and helping them create a more fulfilling tomorrow.

My approach to therapy

As a person-centered therapist, I am dedicated to fostering mental wellness and helping individuals unlock their inner strength. I am deeply passionate about promoting holistic growth and personal flourishing. With extensive experience supporting multicultural clients, individuals navigating trauma, and youth and adolescents, I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I prioritize understanding your unique needs to tailor my practice specifically to you, creating a collaborative space where we can work toward your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, collaborative environment where we prioritize understanding your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, empowered, and inspired, with a clear sense of your own strengths and a renewed, optimistic perspective on the challenges you are facing. I tailor my approach to honor your individual journey, ensuring that our time together is focused on fostering personal growth and meaningful progress toward your goals.
