Great to meet you!

I received my M.S. in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling in 2020, and have been practicing since early 2021. Throughout my practice, my primary focuses have been trauma, anxiety, depression, and gender issues.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe space for clients to explore existential concerns, process trauma, and find meaning amidst life's challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in insight-based exploration and existential inquiry - I believe that true healing begins with a deep understanding of oneself and one's place in the world. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, examining the underlying beliefs, patterns, and narratives that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

I create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences. If you're ready to unlock your potential, heal your past, and live a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Contact me today to schedule a consultation and begin your journey toward healing and growth.
