Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Glad You're Here.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I bring experience working with individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most difficult and personal experiences, including infidelity, trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, and the complexities of raising teenagers in an age of rapidly advancing technology. I understand that these challenges can affect not only individuals but entire families, often leaving loved ones searching for understanding, connection, and a path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person and family has the capacity for growth and change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, explore difficult experiences, rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and discover practical ways to move forward. I recognize that every person’s story is different, and I tailor my approach to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. You’ll have time to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you, ask questions, and learn more about how I work. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin identifying your strengths, exploring your needs, and developing a path forward that supports your goals and well-being.
