Great to meet you!

Welcome to my online office! You can be located anywhere in Texas to have your sessions online with me through Simple Practice. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2015, working with individuals who are navigating borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and/or interpersonal difficulties, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. I understand how exhausting it can feel to constantly battle your own emotions or relationship patterns. I provide virtual therapy throughout Texas so you can get support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and compassionate at its core. My goal is to help you build emotional stability, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier, more secure relationships. Together, we can help you learn how to regulate your emotions in ways that feel empowering and focus on long-term emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will explore your goals for treatment and implement a treatment plan to decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I believe you deserve a non-judgmental listening ear who truly cares and wants to understand. You are not "too much" or "too sensitive". I would be honored to work together.
