Great to meet you!

I have worked for over a decade in various high end trauma and addiction centers all over California. I specialize in helping people get to the root causes of depression, anxiety and addictions. I hold a LMFT from JFK University and also am trained in hypnosis specifically for trauma release. I have found when a client has a willingness to do the work, I can guide them to a higher place of wholeness, self love and joy in there lives. I am by there sides the whole way holding your hand, returning you home to your self.

My approach to therapy

I tend to start with more of a psychodynamic lens. I find it is very relevant to understand where you came from, childhood experiences, patterns and beliefs that shaped you. I then create a very secure containment weaving in hypnosis, CBT, and solution focused therapies to help you navigate ways forward and create lasting new patterns in your life. Ones of ease, joy, and security within.

What you can expect from me

My first session is simply a safe place to be seen and validated and hear your story. I hold a deep empathetic container for you to be able to finally drop, let go and feel seen by someone. At the end we create a path forward with some goals of what you want to desire. These may continue to develop in a few sessions after. We tailor this together so you can achieve your utmost goals.
