Great to meet you!

Accepting new patients of all ages!

I’m a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who truly loves working with children, teens, adults, and older adults. With extensive experience in pediatric primary care and behavioral health, I provide gentle, compassionate, and personalized care for ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and everyday behavioral concerns. I always take the time to understand each person’s unique story and use a developmentally appropriate, holistic approach that feels right for them.

I believe mental health care should go deeper than just managing symptoms. I love helping patients and families explore how sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness all play a role in healing and thriving. My biggest goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative, and holistic approach to mental health care. With extensive experience in pediatric primary care, I understand how emotional, behavioral, developmental, and physical health are all closely connected—especially in children, adolescents, and young adults.

I work closely with patients and families to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education, lifestyle support, and practical coping strategies while considering factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress, and overall wellness.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and understood. I take time to learn about each patient’s symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, stressors, and personal goals and develop a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

My goal is to create an individualized treatment plan that may include education, coping strategies, lifestyle recommendations, finding the root cause, blood work, and when appropriate medication management. I also believe in partnering closely with parents and families to provide support, guidance, and collaborative care throughout the treatment process.

Together, we work toward helping patients build confidence, improve daily functioning, and achieve long-term emotional wellness.
