Great to meet you!

You are the person everyone else counts on, and somewhere along the way you lost track of what you actually need. I work with women ages 25 to 55 who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the pressure of careers, relationships, and life transitions that keep shifting underneath them. Over the past seven years I have sat with women in the middle of burnout, big decisions, grief, and trauma they had never said out loud. The heaviest weight will always be the front door. If you have read this far, the hardest part may already be behind you.

My approach to therapy

I start by understanding your world as you actually live it, then work inside that reality to help you become the author of your own story. My style is warm and steady, and direct when directness is what moves you forward. I draw on Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Based Family Therapy to help you process what you carry.

What you can expect from me

We will talk about your life experiences, what brings you to therapy right now, and what you hope to be different when we are done. We will look at the strengths and tools you already have and how to use them more effectively day to day. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about your next step.
