Great to meet you!

As a high-functioning neurodivergent adult, you have mastered the art of masking, but it is costing you everything, leaving you completely burned out with nothing left for yourself at the end of the day. You are exhausted from holding it all together, carrying the mental load for everyone else, and constantly wondering how anything would get done if you don't do it all yourself. You're tired of pretending everything is fine when you're running on empty. I help neurodivergent adults step off the burnout treadmill and safely unmask without fear.

My approach to therapy

Viewing you as the expert, I work collaboratively with my clients with a special plan designed to meet them where they are at and move toward sustainable, lasting change. I base my work in science and evidence-based practice. I rely on my dual-graduate degrees and post-graduate training in clinical psychology, neurology, and nutritional psychiatry to help my clients get started on working through problems and feeling more centered and in control of their lives.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will dismantle the high-stress cycles that keep you trapped, build firm boundaries that protect your peace, and re-balance your life so your needs finally come first. You have spent long enough being everyone else's support system; it is time you had a dedicated space where you don't have to carry the weight alone.
