Great to meet you!

I am a remote therapist. Virtual online. My ideal client is an adult or teenager navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sexuality concerns, sexual assault, and recovery from narcissistic or toxic relationships. They often struggle with attachment wounds, low self-worth, mood instability, and boundary issues. They want emotional stability, clarity in their identity, and secure, healthy relationships. Their goal is to regulate their emotions, rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and create a life rooted in authenticity, safety, and lasting self-trust.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from both a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) perspective. I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while building skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and healthy communication. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they explore their experiences and develop new ways of coping. I value meeting clients where they are, offering both practical tools and compassionate support, and I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, create balance, and move toward growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood without judgment. I guide them in learning practical tools from CBT to challenge negative thought patterns and from DBT to build skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and healthy communication. Together, we work on setting boundaries, improving relationships, and finding healthier ways to cope with life’s stressors. My clients can also expect to gain greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they move toward healing and personal growth.
