My approach to care is patient centered, trauma-informed, and evidence based, with a focus on treating individuals experiencing PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders and ADHD. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment.
