LaCresha Earley

Cree Earley is a dual-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, as well as a provider and co-owner of Earley HealthCare. She earned her family nurse practitioner education from Grambling State University and her psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner education from Frontier Nursing University.

Her clinical interests include mental health, metabolic health, hormone-related concerns, binge eating, and weight management. Her whole-person approach connects physical wellness and psychiatric care to support individualized, practical treatment planning.

My approach to care centers on compassion, cultural sensitivity, and holistic support. I believe that every patient’s background, beliefs, and life experiences play a critical role in their health journey. I prioritize open communication, allowing patients to feel empowered and informed in their health decisions. My ultimate goal is to foster trust and create a therapeutic partnership that not only addresses immediate health concerns but also supports long-term well-being and resilience.
