Hi! My name is Lacy and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over a decade of experience helping people of all ages become their best selves. I believe everyone should have a space where they feel unconditionally supported and understood, with someone who will never judge them, and they can finally let out that deep breathe they've been holding in.

I specialize in helping people of all ages who are living with a variety of issues including Depression, Anxiety, Stress/Anger Management, and general life events which may have you stuck and wanting to make a change. I like to focus on client-centered, solution-focused strategies that help you get to the heart of the matter with an empathetic, honest approach.
