Great to meet you!

I hold two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Political Science, graduated from law school, and eared a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Psychological Trauma Studies. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a university community counseling center, facilities that treat substance use and co-occurring disorders, and have been providing therapy via telehealth since 2020.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy employing various modalities, such as cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, person-centered, and solution-focused, to name a few. Therapy is tailored to your objectives and I welcome feedback, so please tell me what may or may not be working, and the let's make the necessary adjustments! A healthy therapeutic alliance is essential, and you deserve to feel and be heard, seen, understood, validated, and provided with the necessary psychoeducation and resources to help achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first section is focused on learning more about you, including the reason(s) for seeking therapy and the goal(s) you want to achieve.
