Great to meet you!

I earned my MSW degree from Fordham University and I am an LCSW and PMH-C. I completed all requirements toward becoming a Certified EMDR therapist. My experience includes working with diverse populations (individuals/couples/families)-who may be living with significant mental health symptoms, impact of traumatic life experiences, distressful life transitions/stressors, unhealthy family/relationship dynamics, etc. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor and SIFI certified.

My approach to therapy

My approach may vary based on the identified or observed need of the person, couple, and/or family, however my primary is approach is Humanistic Therapy. My clinical practice is deeply rooted in meeting people where they are by working from a Trauma-Informed, culturally humble, humanistic approach.

What you can expect from me

My primary goals are for people to walk away from sessions knowing that their voice was heard, valued, and respected, recognizing their worth, accepting that they are not just a reflection of their negative life circumstances, all while building the confidence to embrace the notion that healthy, positive, sustainable change is possible. Believing that they are worthy of all that they desire, hope for, and are willing to work for.
