LaDeidra Stokes-Roberts, M.A., M.S., LMHC is a board-certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Ocala, Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with dual master’s degrees in Human Services Counseling/Marriage and Family and Human Services/Social and Community Services. I bring extensive experience in the mental health and social services fields, with a strong foundation in working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families navigating complex life circumstances.

I work with clients using an integrative approach tailored to their unique needs. My practice blends Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy to help individuals develop practical strategies, reframe negative thinking, and process difficult experiences.

I also incorporate non-traditional therapeutic methods, such as video game-based interventions, to build rapport, enhance engagement, and create a safe space for self-expression—especially with youth and those who connect best through interactive, creative mediums.

My goal is to meet clients where they are, using both evidence-based and innovative approaches to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change.
