I am a License Professional Counselor with a diverse background in Mental Health Counseling. I have service adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Special population includes deaf students, juvenile offenders, and Severely Mentally Ill.

My approach to therapy

I approached counseling from a Cognitive- Behavioral perspective in that patterns of thoughts and actions are explored in ordered to understand the client perspective and develop solutions. Mindfullness-Based: Two-Step process of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfullness: Focus on chronic medical issues, anxiety and depression. It helps to manage reduce stress, pain and reflect on moments without passing judgement on the reality of your circumstances.
