I have Bachelor and Master Degrees in Social Work. I have worked in various areas in social services, from child welfare to transplant. Mental health is important and the effects on the body must be acknowledged. I am advocate for patients learning their voice and knowing they matter!
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I work with clients to feel heard, build confidence, and use their voice as they move toward meaningful change.
Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive first session where we talk about their concerns, goals, and what has brought them to therapy. My focus is on helping them feel comfortable, understood, and confident about next steps.
