Great to meet you!

I bring a genuine, grounded presence to my work and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. I recognize that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I approach each person with care, curiosity, and without judgment.

With over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families, I tailor my approach to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. I value collaboration and take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

My hope is that clients feel supported in showing up as they are, while also feeling empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I view clients as the experts in their own lives, and I work alongside you to better understand your experiences and what you need most.

Therapy with me focuses on creating insight while also building real-world tools you can use outside of sessions. Depending on your goals, this may include emotional processing, coping skills, relationship support, parenting guidance, or help managing stress and anxiety.

I aim to provide a supportive space where growth feels realistic and achievable, guided by connection, trust, and steady progress over time.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll begin by exploring what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it, at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and current concerns, but the session is conversational—not formal or overwhelming. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and get a feel for how we might work together.

By the end of our time, we’ll start identifying initial goals and discuss next steps. My priority is that you leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear about whether this feels like a good fit.
