Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a bilingual Latina therapist with 14 years of experience offering trauma-informed care to young adults, as well as prenatal and postpartum clients. With a deep commitment to serving the Latinx and BIPOC communities, I provide a culturally sensitive space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered.

I integrate DBT, CBT, and ACT to help you navigate anxiety, trauma, identity challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and supported. Whether you're working through past wounds or adjusting to a new chapter, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in connection, and genuine care. I believe that healing begins with a strong, trusting relationship, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I take the time to get to know each of my clients, not just their struggles, but their strengths, stories, and hopes. This helps me tailor our work to your unique needs and goals in a way that feels authentic and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my hope is that you leave each session feeling truly heard and empowered with tools you can use in everyday life. We'll not only talk about what you're going through on the surface, we’ll also gently explore the deeper patterns and emotions that may be shaping your experiences. Every session is shaped around your unique needs and grounded in empathy, collaboration, and trust.
