Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual Spanish mental health counselor. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties. My style is warm, empathetic, and supportive, while also encouraging self-reflection, personal growth, and meaningful change. I strive to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful progress. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and a more fulfilling life, at a pace that feels right for them

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where adults feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-informed, and Attachment-Based approaches. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you would like to change. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, relationships, and the parts of your identity that are important to you. From there, we'll begin identifying what you need from therapy and what meaningful progress could look like for you. If this sounds like the kind of therapy you're looking for, book a free 15-minute consultation to get started.
