Parenting can be challenging. Every parent wants the best for their child, but mistakes happen. Is your teenager feeling off or withdrawn? I have spent my career helping young people deal with depression, anxiety, tough experiences, and issues related to being adopted from foster care. I also support those with behavioral and school-related problems like peer relationships and social skills. I enjoy working with teens to help them express themselves, manage their anger, and make good friends. I also help parents understand their children and build a stronger relationship.

In our sessions, I help clients explore the reasons behind their feelings. As a former teacher, I know that one approach doesn't work for everyone. That's why I use different methods, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help your child succeed.

After therapy, clients can manage their emotions better and reduce unhealthy behaviors. Your child will leave therapy feeling empowered and capable of handling daily challenges. I understand that taking the first step can be tough. I am here to support you every step of the way.
