Great to meet you!
I'm licensed in Washington, Utah and North Dakota and can accept most insurances.
I’ve been a social worker most of my life, and it’s a role that continues to feel more like a calling than a job. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across the lifespan—from children as young as 5 to older adults—and through that work, I’ve come to deeply value the resilience, uniqueness, and potential in every person I meet.
In my personal life, I grew up in the small town of Pullman, Washington. My father was an immigrant from Aleppo, Syria, and met my mom—who was from a farming town in Eastern Washington—both were attending Washington State University. They raised me and my three siblings in Pullman, where being the daughter of an immigrant came with its own challenges, but also gave me strength, empathy, and perspective that I carry with me in everything I do.
After completing my undergrad degrees I moved to the Tacoma/Federal Way/Olympia area. I then attended University of Washington School of Social Work and obtained my Masters in Social worker (MSW). I now split my time between Tacoma and Pullman.
I’m also a proud breast cancer survivor—an experience that profoundly changed my outlook on life. I live with more intention now, and I bring that perspective into my work: I’m caring, compassionate, and always rooting for the people around me. I love cheering others on, celebrating progress, offering perspective during hard moments, and being a consistent support as you work toward becoming your best self.
Outside of work, I love traveling, spending time with my family, and recently bought a paddle board (which I’m still figuring out!).
I’m optimistic by nature, but always grounded—ready to meet people where they are and walk beside them at their pace.
