Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of clinical experience. My approach to care is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply patient-centered. I believe mental and physical health are inseparable, and I treat the whole person with equal attention, respect, and compassion.

I provide care in English, French, and Arabic, allowing me to support patients in the language in which they feel most comfortable and understood.

My journey includes working on the front lines in a COVID unit during the most critical moments of the pandemic. During that time, I learned the true meaning of presence—listening when patients were afraid, advocating when they felt unheard, and offering calm and reassurance when families could not be there. That experience continues to shape how I care for every patient today: with patience, empathy, and unwavering commitment.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. I take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate with each person to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their values, culture, and goals. My style is warm, supportive, and thorough, while remaining grounded in current clinical research and best practices.

I offer telehealth services with a focus on culturally sensitive, individualized care. My goal is to help you find clarity, healing, and empowerment—so you feel supported, understood, and confident in your wellness journey. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

My approach to therapy

As a healthcare provider, my approach is rooted in treating the whole person—not just symptoms. I believe physical and mental health are deeply interconnected, and I work collaboratively with each patient to develop personalized, holistic care plans that reflect their unique needs, values, and goals.

I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals and families I serve. I listen without judgment and take the time to understand the full picture—your health history, lifestyle, stressors, cultural background, and support system. I approach care with empathy, clinical curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping you feel your best, both mentally and physically.

What you can expect from me

During our telehealth sessions, you can expect a safe, confidential, and supportive environment — all from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether it's your first visit or a follow-up, my goal is to make you feel heard, respected, and at ease. My style is collaborative, respectful, and patient-centered. You are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you with evidence-based tools and clinical insight.

Whether you're new to mental health care or continuing your wellness journey, you're welcome here.
