Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults. My approach is clinical, trauma-informed, and whole-person, meaning I look beyond symptoms alone and consider the many parts of life that shape mental health. I believe care should feel collaborative and supportive, not overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel understood while creating a treatment plan that fits your life, values, and goals. Whether you are seeking medication management, in-office IV or IM ketamine treatment, or support through a difficult season, I want you to feel safe, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand the full picture, including your symptoms, personal history, strengths, daily stressors, and goals, so treatment feels realistic and meaningful for you. I work with clients to create practical, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes. Depending on your needs, care may include medication management, psychoeducation, in-office IV or IM ketamine treatment, and strategies to support emotional regulation, motivation, and overall well-being. I value open communication and want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and participating actively in decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive but relaxed conversation where we get to know you and what you are experiencing. We will talk about your current concerns, mental health history, goals, and what you hope to improve or change. My goal is for you to feel heard and supported from the start. By the end of the session, we will begin building a clear plan together, which may include treatment recommendations, medication options, ketamine treatment if appropriate, and next steps tailored to your needs.
