Great to meet you!

You know you’re allowed to say no, but the guilt still hits. Someone’s disappointment can ruin your day, or one interaction can keep you up replaying what you said. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, people pleasing, boundaries, and painful relationship patterns. EMDR can help you work through the experiences behind these reactions so they stop showing up so strongly in your life.

My approach to therapy

We’ll pay attention to both what’s happening in your life now and what may be driving it. That might mean talking through a difficult interaction, noticing a pattern, practicing a different response, or using EMDR to work through an experience from the past. I also draw from parts work, ACT, mindfulness, and practical strategies based on what you need.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have your story organized or know exactly where to start. We’ll talk about what’s been hardest lately, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be different. I’ll ask questions, get to know you, and help us figure out where it makes the most sense to begin.
