Great to meet you!

You know why you struggle, but knowing has not changed how you feel. You replay conversations, say yes when you want to say no, stay attached to people who hurt you, or react like you are in danger even when you are safe. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, betrayal, boundaries, and the reactions they wish they could stop.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, collaborative, and focused on what happens in real life, not just what you understand in your head. I use EMDR, parts-informed therapy, ACT, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you notice the pattern, understand what drives it, and practice responding differently.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what you want to feel different. You do not need to know exactly where to start. We will identify the patterns causing the most distress and decide what kind of support fits you.
