Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page! If you are here, then one of the hardest parts is done! The idea of therapy can be so intimidating for most but I hope you will allow me the opportunity to break some of the negative stigma. We will go on this journey together. Therapy can be challenging but discomfort is where change happens. You will laugh, you will cry, you will swear, but with me, you will grow. You ARE ready! Let's connect!

Best,

Keisha

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of approaches to suit my client's needs including but not limited to narrative approach, CBT, person centered, strengths based, and trauma focused care.

What you can expect from me

My goal in therapy is to provide a space that feels open, enlightening, and comfortably-uncomfortable. Keisha, what does that mean? Great question! I want you to feel comfortable with me as a therapist but I will challenge you in ways that may feel temporarily uncomfortable. I will sit with you in those times as you find perspective and grow. AND it is important to remember that the feeling is temporary and you need to know what it feels like to get to the other side.
