Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of nursing experience, I believe mental health care should feel safe, supportive, and free of judgment. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, so I aim to create a calm space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, burnout, stress, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting high-achieving professionals, caregivers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those in ENM/polyamorous or kink communities.

My goal is to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and better equipped to manage life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to support and guide you while we figure out what works best for you. Everyone's story is different and worthy of being seen and heard.

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and trauma-informed. We will work together to create a plan that feels realistic, manageable, and aligned with your goals, values, and lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will walk through your story, your current concerns, your symptoms, and the areas where you would like support. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing.

Together, we will explore what has been helpful, what challenges you're facing, and what goals you have for treatment. By the end of the appointment, we'll discuss recommendations and begin creating a plan that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to your needs.
