Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with a direct, unorthodox, and real approach to therapy. I create a space where you can feel seen and heard—but also challenged to grow.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, anger, and life transitions, as well as couples dealing with communication issues, conflict, and betrayal. Many of my clients feel stuck or overwhelmed, and together we focus on building clarity, confidence, and healthier patterns.

I won’t just listen—I’ll actively engage with you, challenge unhelpful perspectives, and support you in making meaningful changes. My style is supportive, nonjudgmental, and honest, because real growth often requires having hard conversations.

I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, and for those who want it, I offer faith-based therapy by integrating Christian principles into the work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, unorthodox, and real. I create a space where you feel seen and supported, while also being challenged to grow. I don’t just listen—I actively engage, help you identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and work with you to shift them.

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-informed CBT, and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), which focuses on building safety, connection, and trust—especially for those with trauma or relational wounds. Our work centers on developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of thinking and responding.

My style is supportive, nonjudgmental, and honest, because real growth often requires having hard conversations. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based therapy, integrating Christian principles into the work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can share what brought you to therapy at your own pace. I’ll complete a biopsychosocial assessment to better understand you as a whole person, including your background, current concerns, and factors impacting your well-being.

While the session focuses on gathering information, it’s still collaborative. I’ll ask questions, begin identifying patterns, and may offer initial feedback. By the end, you can expect a better sense of next steps and what working together will look like.
