Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for people to explore what they’re going through and create meaningful change.

I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, personality, and goals. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring difficult experiences while also building practical tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions.

Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building practical coping strategies, and helping you reconnect with clarity and emotional balance. Therapy is not about “fixing” you - it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

You can expect your first session with me to feel welcoming, collaborative and low-pressure.

Lets identify what you're hoping to gain from our work together. I often take a nonlinear approach, meaning we may gently explore different areas of your life as they connect, allowing for flexibility to uncover meaningful insights for you.
