Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lakesh, and I go by Molly. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of clinical experience and have been in the social work field since 2019, including serving as a Director of Social Services. As a military spouse and former victim advocate, I bring extensive experience supporting military families through life transitions, stress, and trauma. I specialize in using CBT, solution-focused therapy, EAP services, and psychotherapy, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space while using practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know them, their concerns, and their goals for therapy. We’ll discuss what’s bringing them in, review relevant background, and begin creating a plan that feels comfortable, collaborative, and tailored to their needs.
