I also support those struggling with self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. We won’t just talk about the problems; we will develop actionable, evidence-based strategies-such as symptom management techniques, interpersonal skill-building, and self-esteem reconstruction-to help you reconnect with your inner strength.
