Great to meet you!

I am Lakesha Sawyer-Strickland a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner/founder of Good Inner-G, LLC.

I am committed to providing compassionate core to individuals facing mental health challenges. I believe the body will only go “where the mind allows it to go”. I believe if you fix the things within then slowly the physical will follow, which is the reason I named my company Good “Inner-G”. The good energy that fuels us comes from within.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a mental health provider, my approach to working with clients is deep rooted in compassion, expertise, and a commitment to enhancing the mental health and quality of life throughout comprehensive and individualized care. I work collaboratively with clients, families and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized plans that integrate therapy, medication management, and holistic approaches.
