Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a collaborative process—you are the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to help guide and support that journey.

  • My style is warm/direct/curious/solution-focused/trauma-informed/ and I tailor therapy to what works best for you.
  • I believe that growth happens in safe, nonjudgmental spaces—and that healing looks different for everyone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to be yourself—without judgment.

I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy while always holding space for your lived experience, values, and goals. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to support your process with curiosity, care, and clinical tools.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to walk away with a deeper connection to yourself—and the confidence to navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. However, this will require you to put in the work during sessions and after sessions.
