Great to meet you!
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. Talking with me feels comfortable, supportive, and grounded. Clients often share that they feel understood, encouraged, and guided—not judged. They describe me as insightful and deeply attentive, and skilled at helping them understand patterns and make meaningful changes. If incorporating your Christian faith is important to you, I can gently incorporate faith-based principles only at your request.
I don’t offer generic advice. Instead, I help you understand why you respond the way you do by identifying patterns, connecting the dots, and finding new ways to break old cycles.
I make concepts easy to understand and remember by using relatable analogies along with evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based interventions—including CBT, ACT, attachment work, and insight-oriented approaches. I highlight your progress and strengths along the way to keep you encouraged and moving forward.
