Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments, from crisis situations to everyday stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families, and I truly value getting to know each person as an individual. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me because I’m easy to talk to, nonjudgmental, and genuinely invested in their well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach and meet you where you are, without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you feel more in control and confident in your day-to-day life. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I always tailor sessions to what works best for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting comfortable and starting to build a connection. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. You can share as much or as little as you’d like. I’ll guide the conversation with some questions, but it will feel more like a conversation than an interview. By the end, we’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and next steps, and you’ll have a feel for what it’s like to work together.
