Great to meet you!

My name is LaKisha Holley, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Both my professional background and personal life experiences have equipped me with the tools to help others create meaningful and positive change.

My approach to therapy

I am a woman who wears many hats, and throughout different chapters of my life, I’ve had to show up as different versions of myself. Some chapters filled my cup, while others were deeply draining—but each one brought valuable lessons.

Those lessons have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to guide others through their own journeys. Allow me to support you as you navigate your current chapter and move toward a healthier, more balanced, and empowered version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we will work on building a rapport. It is my goal to create an atmosphere that feels safe for you. We will discuss what you seek to gain from your therapy experience and develop some goals that fit your needs.
