Great to meet you!

Trying to conceive can be an emotionally exhausting journey, filled with uncertainty, disappointment, and hope. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for women navigating infertility, anxiety, and the complex emotional challenges of reproductive health. Using evidence-based strategies, I help clients develop coping skills, manage stress, process grief, and cultivate emotional resilience. I invite you to reach out and explore how therapy can help you find balance, restore hope, and strengthen your emotional well-being during this difficult time.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. This combination allows me to tailor each session to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Struggling with infertility can feel overwhelming and isolating. I provide a compassionate, safe space for women to explore emotions, process grief and disappointment, manage stress, and build practical coping skills. Together, we work to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and supported throughout this journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first therapy session, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space where you can share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, such as your background, current concerns, and any goals you’d like to set. We’ll also review confidentiality, boundaries, and how the therapeutic process works so you know what to expect moving forward. This session is more of a conversation than an interview, and you’re welcome to share at your own pace. By the end of our time, we’ll begin outlining a plan that feels tailored to your needs and helps guide our future sessions.
