Great to meet you!
I work with adults facing life’s challenges, including stress, grief, trauma, and self-doubt, who are motivated to overcome obstacles. Many of my clients deal with the lasting effects of childhood trauma, loss, family struggles, relationship issues, and job-related stress, which can lead to symptoms of depression or anxiety. Together, we focus on processing these heavy emotions and moving beyond the pain to enhance overall quality of life.
I earned my Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and my Master’s in Counseling from Jackson State University. I’m a licensed professional counselor and supervisor, as well as a board-qualified telemental health provider. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping them navigate a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.
