Great to meet you!

I’m so happy you are here.

Many people come to therapy not knowing where to start. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. Others may come in knowing exactly what they need; you may have done therapy before and already started taking steps toward growth and healing in different areas of your life.

Wherever you may be on your journey, I’m happy you’re here.

You may appear high-functioning on the outside while quietly carrying anxiety, stress, people-pleasing, identity questions, relationship struggles, or the emotional weight of constantly having to “hold it together.”

I work primarily with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, social anxiety, relationship stress, family dynamics, and identity exploration. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you can slow down, process openly, and feel genuinely supported. Most importantly, I meet you where you are.

Some sessions may involve me gently challenging you, laughing with you, holding space with you virtually, or helping you process difficult emotions and experiences. Others may include homework, coping skills, journal prompts, reflection exercises, or goals to continue working on outside of sessions. And sometimes, therapy may simply be a space to pause, breathe, and exist exactly as you are in that moment.

Therapy with me is not about perfection; it’s about building self-awareness, confidence, emotional clarity, and a stronger connection with yourself. My goal is for you to continue developing skills, understanding your needs more deeply, and feeling empowered to navigate life with greater confidence both inside and outside of therapy.

I hope to support you in feeling more grounded, connected, fulfilled, and aligned with the version of yourself you are working toward becoming.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you do not have to shrink yourself, over-explain your identity, or carry everything alone.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, family systems and strength-based interventions while tailoring therapy to your individual needs and lived experiences.

Together, we may explore patterns, anxiety, relationships, boundaries, identity, emotional regulation, self-worth, and the ways your past experiences continue to impact you today.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally connected, and confident in navigating your life authentically.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy with me to feel supportive, honest, affirming, and intentional.

I aim to create an environment where you feel emotionally safe while also feeling gently challenged toward growth. I value authenticity, curiosity, collaboration, and helping clients better understand themselves without judgment.

Whether we are working through anxiety, identity exploration, burnout, relationship stress, or life transitions, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale, reflect, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
