Great to meet you!

I have varied experience in the field of counseling and psychology for over 15 years. I have worked with many patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and different clinical issues. I have extensive knowledge of the underlying factors or issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, victimization and co-dependency.

As an immigrant I have experienced many challenges throughout my life and my experiences have ignited a deep passion for helping others heal from their traumas, develop healthier behaviors, and transform negative thought patterns through the combined art and science of therapy.

I can offer my patients psycho-education, support, and empathy through their journey to achieving their goals in therapy and in their everyday life challenges or growth process. I can provide patients with a safe and supportive environment in which they can express their inner feelings, thoughts and pain in order to find solutions for their problems.

My approach to therapy

At the core of my practice is a commitment to providing a safe, confidential space where clients can freely discuss their concerns. I understand the difficulties of life, and I am dedicated to not only listening and understanding but also to introducing new coping strategies that can transform the way they handle life's complexities.
