Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I graduated from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My work has consisted of assisting individuals within the criminal justice system, providing case management and counseling services and working at Employee Assistance Programs. I specialize in working with adults age 18-65 on depression, anxiety and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Whenever we feel like our life is in crisis, counseling is an option to guide us back on track. It’s often that these challenges help us grow as a person. My belief is that everyone can find meaning in suffering and discover strengths from within. I work from an empathetic and encouraging approach while challenging clients ability to have autonomy with life choices.

What you can expect from me

My focus is to allow others to feel they have a safe space to be vulnerable and share their life challenges. We will work together to determine what you would like to achieve in therapy and decide what goals need to be set. From there, we'll work towards navigating your pressing issues and improving overall satisfaction with life.
