Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a MSSW Master's Degree in 2006. I am deeply devoted to the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of those I serve. I work with individuals suffering from an array of mental health diagnoses. I also work with couples & individuals practicing ethical non-monogamy who may be part of the Lifestyle, Polyamory, and Kink communities.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic and person-centered approach with clients by identifying the specific needs and goals for each person entering into a therapeutic relationship with me. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgemental environment.

I hope to empower and assist others in healing past trauma, while teaching them new coping skills for managing life stressors and transitions.
