Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Krysti Vo, a double board-certified adult and child and adolescent psychiatrist and habit coach. I've dedicated my career to helping people improve their mental health and daily lives in practical, lasting ways. My work blends psychiatry with habit-building strategies, supporting clients through challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress.

Beyond my clinical work, I’m passionate about teaching people how small, meaningful changes can create big shifts in well-being. Whether in one-on-one care or through my habit course, I focus on giving clients tools that fit into their real lives—not just in the office.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in collaboration and trust. I take time to listen closely, understand each person’s story, and tailor care to their unique needs. I draw on both medical expertise and practical tools for daily life, with a focus on building sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive space where they feel heard and understood. Together, we set realistic goals and break them into manageable steps, whether that’s improving mood, reducing anxiety, or creating healthier routines. My goal is for each session to feel purposeful, with clear takeaways clients can apply right away in their day-to-day life.
