Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Northern California with a decade of experience working with clients and families from various backgrounds. I seek to empower clients while being grounded in the realistic restrictions that time, life circumstances, and competing demands can place on an individual. With your expertise in yourself, I would like to work together to create a shared understanding to determine the path forward that works best for you.

My approach to therapy

Overall, my approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I work with teens, adults, and families as they navigate through difficulties such as combating trauma, anxiety, depression or other mood disorders, ADHD, family conflict, and issues relating to academic achievement.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to share your story and to set your goals and expectations for therapy. My style in all sessions is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative to create a safe space for you to navigate through any difficulties you are experiencing in a way that feels meaningful. I like to incorporate humor and strive to be genuine in all of my interactions.
