I’m Lana, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to helping adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other mood-related challenges. We’ll discuss medication management options, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related, or mood disorder treatments. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps and feel empowered to take control of your mental health.
