Great to meet you!

A warm welcome to you. It is a deeply personal commitment to show up and engage within the therapeutic process especially when what had worked in the past no longer feels helpful in the present, and it feels hard to reimagine a different future. Together we will define what healing looks like, with you as the driver of your journey. I will accompany, affirm, engage and hold space with you. Together we will process your experiences, give dignity to the hurt, discover what works for you.

My approach to therapy

I am a certified EMDR therapist, as well as trauma informed, whom specializes in working with persons living with complex or relational trauma. We will work collaboratively to explore interacting sociocultural, political, familial, and unconscious forces that influence the personal, professional, domestic spheres and impact how you do life. We do this with curiosity, respect, and commitment to growth.

What you can expect from me

As a New York-born Bi-cultural Latina, I am keen to observe contrasting value systems, its generational impact, and the nuances of interacting systems that impact our lives. We learn we can reconcile the influences of the past, practice the present, and continue to access choices with vitality moving forward. We do this a moment at a time.
