Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m LaNae! Think of me as the therapist who brings equal parts humor, warmth, and honesty into the room. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scary—it can be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and even laugh a little along the way. I’m not a one size fits all therapist. However, if I am a match we will take great strides and efforts to reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, grounded, and nonjudgmental. I meet clients exactly where they are, whether they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to leap forward. I aim to create a space where you can bring your whole self without fear of criticism, and where healing happens at your pace In our work together, I walk alongside you. I don’t tell you how to live your life; instead, I help you discover your own insight, clarity, and direction. We work together to build the life you want—not the life the world pressures you into.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me will feel relaxed and welcoming. I know how difficult it can be to be vulnerable with someone new, so we start by simply getting to know each other. My goal is to make the process easy, safe, and authentic—so we can build trust and rapport before diving into deeper work together
